I believe this procedure works for various Hikvision devices such as network cameras, video door phone indoor stations (ex: DS-KH6320-WTE1) and outdoor stations (ex: DS-KD8003-IME1). This procedure and attached content has been shared to me by Prama Hikvision tech support.
Step 1: Download SADP tool from below link on your laptop or computer.

Step 2: Your device will detect in SADP tool
(If not detected download Winpcap in your pc and connect the pc through LAN cable)
Step 3: Select the device.
Step 4: Click on Forgot Password option on right side bottom of SADP tool (if you get security code option when you click on forget password then Click on Export option at top is SADP near the refresh button and export file.)
Step 5: Select the folder to save the Exported file.
Step 6: Send the exported file to support@pramahikvision.com
Step 7: After you get the Encrypted file from our end, Download it and select the device and click on Forget password and then select import file option and then Import the file which you have received from our end.
Step 8 : If your get Security code then select the device and click on “Forget password and then Enter the Security code in the option and after that your Device password will be 12345”
Note :-
1) The TAT time for reply of Password Reset mail is 45 minutes
2) Please Note: It is important to disable Antivirus and Firewall before starting shared procedure to avoid unwanted errors.
